Mindfulness Resources
Mindfulness techniques teach us how to pause and connect with the present moment. These can be done anywhere, anytime, and allow both kids and adults to process big emotions. In turn, these tools can help us feel grounded, reduce stress, lower anxiety, boost memory, increase brain functioning and clarity.
